About this website

This website is a tribute to a woman - my mother - who has been dedicating countless hours of her life to an art filled with love, detail, and silent strength. It aims to showcase this lifelong treasure to people around the world who appreciate embroidery, or the handmade, tradition, and creativity.

This presentation of her work is a purely personal initiative I’ve taken. It’s an idea I had in 2020, during the covid lockdown period, but I wasn’t able to carry it later due to my work, parallel studies, and family responsibilities.

It is worth mentioning that more than 50 of her works are not presented here, as these were offered as gifts or donated. The rest 172 works are presented - from the first ones in 1972 to the last ones in 2024.
